Add the pkgconfigdir location #1294

Hello Everyone,

Thank you for the great project!

This change is necessary, because while building asio in yocto the compilation is failing and is complaining because the variable is undefined

This is already integrated with: https://github.com/chriskohlhoff/asio/commit/b08ea83e47714e2f183b6ac4dd5a4912d493d4cd.

Can be closed :)
