Sharing a post from App.Net provides a Twitter URL instead #402

Hi! This is my first post here, so I hope I didn't miss anything.

Using Android 4.2 and Tweet Lanes 1.3.0

When sharing a post from App.Net and selecting "Link to Tweet", it shares a wrong URL:

https://twitter.com/username/status/12345678

Instead of this URL from App.Net:

https://alpha.app.net/username/post/12345678

Besides, "Link to Tweet" could also be changed to "Link to Post" to match ADN's terminology.
