Pages: Redirect based on authentication #76

Users should be redirected to `Login` or `Home` if not authenticated and they attempt to access certain pages.

Authenticated Pages:

Redirect to `Login`

[ ] Dashboard
[ ] Trade
[ ] Settings
[ ] Streamer
Redirect to Home
[ ] Index
Redirect to Dashboard (not authenticated page)
[ ] Login
[ ] Register

Unauthenticated Pages:

[ ] Home
[ ] About
[ ] Login
[ ] Register
