[IAA] "same class" problem

When generating IAA using span overlapped and no other criteria selected (so 
they don't have to have the same class/attribute/relationship), it still uses 
"same class" as a criteria. This is on version 1.007+.

Check out these outputs you get different answers. Compare outputs found in 
Dropbox/iDASH_Collaboration/Experiment/evaluate/BOB_eval/batch1a/BOB_medium_repo
rts/ with outputs found in 
file://localhost/Users/brettsouth/Dropbox/iDASH_Collaboration/Experiment/evaluat
e/BOB_eval/batch1a/BOB_overlap_medium_reports/. In the first report I said the 
classification had to be the same. In the second I said the only criteria was 
overlapping span and no other criteria.
