[modification][new navigation panel] Crossout text #295

Crossout text usually means error. But currently we use it to indicate a class 
is excluded in the processing of filtering out annotation using attribute. 

We need to stop using cross out lines and only use gray color on text for 
classes that displayed on the navigation panel.
