NLP Assisted tab not operating #301

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. clicking on the NLP Assisted tab

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the usual flow chart to continue setting up the project to do 
pre-annotation of concepts in the display window. Nothing comes up, the screen 
remains blank. 

What version of eHOST are you using? On what operating system?
1.153-121219

Please provide any additional information below.

Which data batch are you using to test eHOST?
