Hello, I encountered a problem and needs to be re-packaged into a binary format csv, please ask how to pack data?

We do not release the specification of the binary data format. In fact, you may download the ready BIN data from either http://lite.ip2location.com (free) or http://www.ip2location.com (commercial) version.
