A few innovations:

  1. Bug fixes;
  2. Migration to a 149 meta-population model (UK Upper Tier Local Authorities);
  3. Extensive black reformatting;

Next steps:

  1. Badly need a performance review -- down to 10 it/s on CPU, slower on GPU. Profiling info seems fragmented.
