What:

chore: update requirements.txt
chore: pip-freeze to get packages with working versions requirements-freeze.txt
docs: Add pip3 + venv instructions
docs: Update readme to include outputs

Why:

Cover users who want to do a pip3 install within a virtual environment
Frozen requirements.txt version, with working dependency tree
Document expected outputs

Thanks for the PR! We've actually implemented poetry in another branch, and will seek to merge in the next few days. This should address the issues you've uncovered above.
