The app doesn't load at all #1588

Hi, Chris. I just downloaded your GB Studios app, but it won't start. I tried all the ones that work for Windows, and I am using a Windows laptop, by the way, but no matter what I do, it doesn't work. It won't load the app at all. I dunno if it's a bug, but, if it's not loading, then what is it.

I tried both the 64 and 32 versions with and without the automatic installer, but, neither seems to want to work. My laptop just ignores the program. Am I doing something wrong?

I even looked at the other GitHub solutions, but they all make me feel like an idiot. I don't know a thing about coding, or ASCII. I just wanted to make Gameboy games, and my computer isn't having any of it.

We're gonna need more info about your computer, OS, location of install files, AV in use, screenshot etc - to be of any help to you.

It sounds like your antivirus or windows settings are stopping the installer or standalone app from starting up. Try disabling your antivirus first to see if it starts then?

I have the same problem, I forced the setup, and the soft don't lunch with the shortcut. But, I can launch the soft with the setup 107Mo .exe The problem comed with the v.4.x.x No problem with the v3.x.x

I'm on Windows 10 Pro x64 v. 22H2 Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-5300U CPU @ 2.30GHz 2.29 GHz 8Go RAM
