Hi Wenan, I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. I am an R-package novice and have only just noticed the suggestion now. I am currently waiting for revisions on my manuscript, which includes code designed to be run with this version of the R-package. Once I receive revisions, I will edit the package to include an option to specify the number of cores. Thanks for your suggestion!
Hi, Chris
No worries, adding that option would be great. Thanks.

Hi, Chris
Thanks for developing this useful package. I am trying to use it in a batch in a cluster and would like to use only one core for each job. Could you add an option so that I can set the number of cores to use?
Thanks,
Wenan
