Maybe a modal select character then click on the action is simpler to understand - but modal is supposed to be an anti pattern... need more UX research.
Should try drag and drop on desktop too, to see how it feels. Might be simpler. Also perhaps we move a character to a tile (and they get certain number of moves a turn) and then they perform an action there (rather like civ?)
Must also return to sleep still.
After trying on desktop, it would be simpler and give faster feedback to allow moves as one action, then have available actions shown in just the space you're in.
Done enough on this for now. Pathfinding is key constraint here now, which is a separate card.
Should we charge people energy for moving between different tiles? And animate them moving around?
