Set 'large/medium/small' screen variant in Ren'Py #59

We already set 'tablet/phone' and 'touch'. See docs here: http://www.renpy.org/doc/html/screens.html#screen-variants

For iPads, the screen variant should be medium tablet touch. For iPhones and iPod touches, the screen variant should be small phone touch.
