What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to login to any OpenID-enabled website with http://jessicasideways.com/

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To be able to login to the OpenID Provider and authenticate for an external 
website.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest versions of both WordPress XRDS-Simple and OpenID.

Try the patch at http://code.google.com/p/diso/issues/detail?id=161 - it solved 
a similar bug for me.
