Error Message: GreaseKit can't work with Creammonkey. Please remove Creammonkey from your InputManager folder and relaunch this applicatio #27

I have recently bought a mbp and migrated my files and settings from my old 
ibook. - I didn't 
copy any applications. 

When I came to install creammonkey I found that it was now Greasekit. I 
followed the 
instructions and installed it.

Now whenever I open safari, I get the error message: "GreaseKit can't work with 
Creammonkey. 
Please remove Creammonkey from your InputManager folder and relaunch this 
application".

I've looked in ~library\application support\input managers\simbl and there is 
no reference to 
creammonkey.

Nor is there anything to do with creammonkey if you look in the contents of 
safari or it's plugins.

Any ideas??

How about ~/Library/InputManagers/ ?

Ah! That worked. Sorry for being thick. I didn't realise there was another 
location for input managers.

I have the same issues with Safari 4.0.4, and most probably since I 
trial-installed
YouTube toolbar & Israeli Radio Toolbar. Suddenly, Mailplane reports Greasekit 
and
Creammonkey incompatibility, but neither are anywhere. I uninstalled the 
toolbars
(too cumbersome), but the error message remains. After acknowledging the
notification, Mailplane does start up OK. 
I checked ~/Library/InputManagers/, found an empty folder, which I have removed.
Now what?
I'd love help with this annoying issue!

I get the message since installing SplashID Safari plug-in.  When I look in 
~/Library/InputManagers/ I only see SplashID plug-in.  Why am I getting 
Creammonkey and GreaseKit messages?
