MicropolisJ French Translation (First Draft) #25

Hello,

Please find bellow the Micropolis French Translation.
Since it's the first draft, it won't be perfect, but it's fully translated.
I'll improve this in the future.

I've re-check my translation. There is some mistakes I've to fix. I'm working 
on right now. Don't hurry for the release.

Thanks. Applied as revision 721. (It looked like these newer files were in 
ISO-8859 instead of UTF-8, so I converted them to UTF-8. The build process will 
then convert the files to ASCII using the native2ascii tool.)

Version 1.4 (just released) includes these strings. I believe it should 
automatically show the translated strings if run on a French version of Windows 
or Mac. Please let me know if that's not the case.

Tested on Mac OS X 10.7, works fine.

Can't test on Windows, since I've an english install, but should be ok too.
