invalid go-up and go-left train #61

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.build rail top border of map, or left border of map.
2.wait for train enter to there.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
train should not be turn. but train will turn.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
micropolisj-1.6, and trunk.
