This PR

• Updates android.support to androidx
• Fixes an inability to view the songs within an album due to a bum dao query
• Removes playlist activity and puts it in the drawer like albums, artists, and all songs
• Removes ItemsFragment and creates an AlbumsFragment and an ArtistsFragment

Android.support is no longer maintained and everyone should use androidx now. I updated mainly because I want to use a library for fast scrolling and a bunch of other list features, like highlight when selecting, easily copy phone themes, etc. However, that dependency needed androidx. I'll add the dependency tomorrow and get the lists complete

The library that I will use for lists is called FlexibleAdapter. Mainly putting it here so I don't forget.
