Hi!
Thanks for using DAAP Client. Does your forked-daapd server serves other
content besides mp3/flac/audio music? I know our client can't play videos or
other content. You could either edit /etc/forked-daapd.conf to not serve
certain file formats that are in your way, or create playlists for certain file
types.

Does this solve your problem?

Thanks,
Michael

The forked-daapd serves Movies and TVShows (Only metadata I guess, because I
wasn't able to play it, I just see it in my song list). I need to find more
info about the forked-daapd.conf I just installed the forked-daapd today and I
notice that, I have the version 0.16.

I think filtering the file types could resolve my problem. I let you know,
thanks for the quick response.

The scope of this project is only to be a music daap client? because I would
not need iTunes in my home anymore. :)

Thank You.

Hi! I hope the problem is solved. Let me know if you need any more help. Yes,
the scope of this project is only a music daap client; sorry, but on android
there are too many different devices that each have different codecs and it
would be very hard to have a decent application. So, you'll have to stick with
iTunes :/ Hope all goes well!
Michael
