Playlist press-to-add to queue #85

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start software
2.Press to display list
3.add individual files to queue

Please add press-and-hold Playlist resulting in <Option> "Add or Remove from 
Queue" so already created Playlist is to be added to the queue.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Nexus 7
DAAP version .9.7
Android v 4.2.2

Ubuntu 12.04LTS
Rhythmbox 2.96

Only individual songs can be added to queue, not entire playlist.
