Support for 1.14 #42

Minecraft CraftBukkit 1.14 doesn't have Apache Commons IO. If you include it in the pom.xml file, it will support 1.13 AND 1.14.

Hey, I cannot compil a knew plugin version. I dunno why. Do you think it's possible to send me the project with this correction withe the extension ".jar" ?
