CMS Sets fail in IE7 #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Creating or loading a set
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should see table of options, with options to expand.  Instead see minimal 
headings, with no options placed in.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 114, tested on IE7 browser with a Vista Home and an XP Pro machine.

Please provide any additional information below.

Same pages function correctly on the same platforms under IE6 and Firefox, 
it appears to be an IE7 problem.
