As we collect raw data on driving metrics (speed, jerk, etc.) how does it translate to safe driving?

Speeding

Anything over 15km/hr is bad
In bad weather, reduce heuristic by 5km/hr

Blind Spots

Mirror to Blind Spot Check to Lane Change Start must be within 2 seconds within each other, to a space 2 seconds between cars in turned lane

Smooth Braking

Must be linear decceleration

the grad talk dude said major accident causes were speeding, distracted driving, and bad weather (decreasing order). let's focus on building and defining metrics for these
