Add corporate page to the website

Minimum Viable Product

We want a corporate page on the HACS website! We want to list all of our current sponsors, and this should be a page that we can send to potential sponsors to ~woo~ them into sponsoring us.

Extra Features

We should be able to manage the current sponsors through the admin panel

Unfortunately, this repository is only intended for members of the Hispanic Association of Computer Scientists at UT Austin to work on. Thank you for offering though!
