Joker will now end a gun cancel at frame 11 for ftilt and bair, and frame 14 for all other cancels
this is to help prevent buffers that cause the character to SD or misinput when trying to use another special like up b. There is still a buffer issue with jump gun, where neutral gun will buffer immediately after. This will get fixed soon.
joker can now dash and jump backwards out of all cancels
bair is no longer cancelable past frame 13 of the move, meaning you have 5 frames to input the cancel after the hitbox connects.
