Custom charcter victory screen bugs #502

Toad has no victory theme at all and skips right to the results theme and the animations are bugged as well as the announcer saying Vilager instead of Toad, Sandbag uses the Mario series victory theme if both it and Toad are in play, and both Rayman and Bomberman both use the wrong victory themes. I am on an emulator though so IDK if this is just an emulator issue or not.

Nah it's not just an emulator issue, the exact same issue happens on Switch as well
