Escape characters? eg. "?" doesn't work

Handle special characters better - eg. "et MEET - JOHN" - maybe url escape just the search...? not sure... do some testing with other types of searches as well.

May need custom handling ability per service

default: escape as URL
per service: no escape, or list allowed characters - eg. "/" for et

Review all applicable to test:

[ ] et
[ ] !eggtimer - as an example
[ ] gm - with labels, etc
