DESMAN ready for conda packaging #26

I've worked DESMAN into a snakemake workflow that uses information on marker gene presence/absence in genome bins inferred using CheckM. As part of that process I've updated the DESMAN scripts where I've encountered bugs.

I've also started writing a bioconda-recipe for DESMAN but am still struggling with local testing.

Hi John,

Thanks very much for this! I will have a quick look at the script changes and then merge. Regarding the snakemake, it would be nice to have that on the repo too if that is something you think would be a good idea?

Absolutely, I'd be happy to add that to the repo. I'll make a separate pull request once I have the files in order.

Update: the bioconda recipe seems to pass local testing. I'll update the meta.yaml file once this PR is resolved.
