Anvio variability profile to DESMAN #50

Hi

I was told (on anvio slack) that DESMAN can accept outputs from anvi-gen-variability-profile and was asked to ask for a helper script . Can you please share the script if it exists. if not then can you specify the requirements so that i can code it .
