I am using STRONG for my master thesis project, applying it to sequencing data coming from anaerobic digestion reactors. I would like to know the default parameters of the software, especially the ones regarding the Bayespaths algorithm because in the config.yaml there are some values, in the description provided in the readme they are different and some parameters are also missing such as nmf_runs and min_orf_number _to_run_a_bin. in addiction, by checking the dedicated page of Bayespaths there was no parameter called nmf_runs: I suppose it refers to nmf_iters. Lastly, if possible could you provide me a more detailed explanation of the role of each of these parameters.
