AD3 resolve different sequencing types #32

Sure, can you expand on that? What does it means and what the problem is?

The problem is that the ten samples in:

/mnt/gpfs/Hackathon/AD3

are a mix of HiSeq 2X250 from the pilot and 2X150 from the large scale sequencing. We want to restrict it to the 2X150 probably.

OK so I can see AD3_W1 - AD_W4 are 2X250bp from the pilot, we have eight weeks 2X150bp from W5-W12 we can use instead.
