For example:

/mnt/gpfs/chris/Projects/STRONG_Runs/AD7_Complete/CoAssembly77_Rerun/subgraphs/bin_init/Bin_397/simplif/COG0541.gfa

Not sure if this an error or what to do about it yet.

This is probably more about extraction rather than about simplification. Is this COG getting filtered later in the pipeline?

OK this got addressed too both by filtering complex graphs and because it was caused by an error in the reference genome.
