Fixed signature path for Outlook 2016 #9

The path to fetch Signatures folder name is different in Outlook 2016. I've testet this on Outlook 2016, and it works.

Thanks for the code. I wasn't aware of this other location for the signature folder name in the registry. It's not clear if this "Local Machine" registry location is only used with Office 2016+, so i reworked it into a configurable option, added in v1.3 of the script ($EnableMachineSignatureFolderName). Enabling it will prefer the Local Machine reg key if it exists.
