Bring consistency to terminology in REFERENCE.md and README.md, e.g. multi-groups vs many groups #52

In various places throughout the archetype files and the REFERENCE.md, there is inconsistency amongst the terms multi and many. Should standardise to multi, as that is the value which is checked for as part of the site config.
