Thanks to #11 for bringing this to my attention.
I am not sure I want to change the URLs from /login/{provider}/* yet.
/login/{provider}/*
Even though I know this package doesn't have a lot of users yet, this would be a breaking change.
I will consider it though and would welcome additional input!
