Theme is not compatible with Jekyll 4.0.0 #37

Bundler could not find compatible versions for gem "jekyll":
  In Gemfile:
    jekyll (~> 4.0.0)

    bulma-clean-theme was resolved to 0.6.4, which depends on
      jekyll (~> 3.8)

If you run bundle update with this theme on the latest version of jekyll, it fails.
