Updated for Oreo compatibility with android-beacon-library-2.15.aar #41

Thanks for opening this PR, @luposlip! Sorry for not being as prompt at responding. I've re targeted against the 2.15.0 branch where I can build and offer a pre-release nuget package.

Have you confirmed whether the Sample project works with this change? I can double-check if not.

Haven't checked the sample project. But I've used it in another project with no issues.
