Add Chinese lang files. #1

Does this plugin support only English, Poetuguese and Spanish? When I try to drag a new lang file to lang folder and reload, it always show "Wrong Localization! xx is not a supported language!"

There's a way to ignore the warnings, however, a bug on PlayMoreSounds doesn't allow to remove the warning on first load, only remove when using /pms reload. This file should block the reload warnings of the languages that you specify on addons.yml. That's irrelevant because on the next version the bug will be fixed and the code will be changed, use if you are really needing it. To install drop Language.jar on addons folder and drop language_cn.properties in PlayMoreSounds.jar lang folder (Sadly there's a bug that checks for the language inside PlayMoreSounds.jar). (A way more easier and efficient is dropping language_cn.properties content to language_en.properties)
