Fixes for v1.2 #99

With no future warming constraint, projections are cooler in the median but have a wider spread particularly at the upper end. Concentration driven constraints result in the lowest emissions-driven warming. This is most consistent with AR6. No formal constraint was used in AR6 but it was a sense check.

Another thing that needs to go in the Wiki is that I think v1.0 and v1.1 used GMST constraint (lower bound 0.69C and 0.95C 5-95) whereas I think we should use GSAT (lower bound 0.67-0.98C 5-95) for 1995-2014 relative to 1850-1900.

I got this wrong anyway by mixing and matching ranges. I was using [0.69, 0.85, 0.98]. GMST is [0.69, 0.85, 0.95]. GSAT is [0.67, 0.85, 0.98]. I will use GSAT.
