current: use SSP2-4.5 with uncertainty from AR6 FaIR ensemble proposed: use non-CO2 forcing as a time-dependent function of CO2 fossil emissions, with uncertainty from AR6 ensemble

ssp1-2.6 for 2C
ssp1-1.9 for 1.5C

Still looking for a function of CO2 emissions/time/quantile to plug in, based on AR6 WG3.
