centos /etc/securetty doesn't include lxc ttys #13

Users can login on lxc-console without having the proper securetty entries. Should add this to the build for centos boxes

# LXC (Linux Containers)
lxc/console
lxc/tty1
lxc/tty2
lxc/tty3
lxc/tty4

I know these are more lxc cookbook issues, and If they are dupes just close em down.
