Call attributes when the node goes up. #37

Hi Chris, i'm trying to up one node. At provision step i need to call attributes from environment and my recipes fails after the first call. I see that this node doesn't have any information about it own role, environment or something else. http://paste.openstack.org/show/41309/ Could we set it before the first run of chef?
