status/progress bar would be nice during vagrant init or long running processes #51

--edit-- without using --debug flag it is currently difficult to know what is going on, it would be nice to have a progress bar or more messages bubbled up into the command line when the --debug flag is not set.

Needs to be enabled if and only if debug flag is not set
