Took 2h to complete.
For importing the animations, use the mannequin fbx from the starter pack in mixamo. When downloading, use without skin and fbx for unity. Once imported in unity, in rig select humanoid animation type, copy from other avatar avatar definition, armature avatar source from the starter pack, hit apply, copy paste only the animation, delete the rest. Then on the animation tick all bake into pose and select original for all base upon dropdowns. Tick Loop Time if you want the animation to loop.
Use a proper model and animations for the main character.
