Add benchmark support with reference PNG images and execute benchmarks on Travis CI #74

Add PNG image optimization benchmarks with reference PNG images and perform benchmarks through the Travis CI service with every commit.

Will include:

timed execution of crunch on all images with the /usr/bin/time -p tooling
summary data of total file size decrease, mean percent of original file size

Will plan to use the PngSuite set of reference PNG images (160+ images) and add new make target for local benchmarking if anyone is interested in testing locally.
