English translation of description:

BDF UM + OUTLINE is the height 12 dots of M + BITMAP FONTS font which is a combination of [sourceforge.jp] and height 12 dots of Unicode fonts [cl.cam.ac.uk]. A bitmap by tracing it has been outlined. Therefore unlike the original original BDF UM + [kaoriya.net], you will be able to be displayed in the Mac OS X and GNU / Linux (you can view even Windows). We have recorded the same glyph as the original BDF UM +.
