Add links to each font's website #45

Maybe I'm missing it, but I don't see any links to the official pages of any of these fonts.

I have been trying to add a source.txt file to each font directory. Once I get caught up with all of the new fonts in the issue queue, I will do another once over and update them again. Thanks for the suggestion.
