No menu item "Open Glue Terminal" appears after installing Glue from package control Sublime Text 3 #55

I have the same problem - on Mint 19. I've installed Glue, and Sublime shows that Glue is installed, but no Glue functionality appears exposed (except the ability to set Glue settings via Sublime's Package Settings).

Same issue - will have to install atom instead :'-( I installed via git and via package manager just in case one was faulty.
