Add info about what to do after package installation. #34

Hi, I added some info that the Buster package works on RPi 4, too.

After I've installed the package I wasn't sure what to do next, because I'm pretty new to checkmk. So I added some extra lines where to find the documentation for the RAW edition.

I hope you'll like the small change to the README and would merge it.
