Is there a nifty way to add a 'leave me alone' lunch break hour to https://github.com/christaylorcodes/ConnectWiseManageAPI/blob/master/Examples/TimeSucks.ps1?

I will look at allowing a multi-part schedule. For things like lunch breaks in particular I like it to still track the time then I can enter a 'Lunch' charge code.
